Maindec implements new system monitoring product. This supports
systems across a wide selection of vendors including HP Integrity
Servers (running Windows, OpenVMS or HP-UX), HP Alpha Servers (running
OpenVMS or Tru64Unix) SUN Servers running Solaris and a wide variety of
Intel and networking platforms. |

Mitel has accepted Maindec as an authorised Partner for sale of its
Mitel 3300 Integrated Communications Platform and associated
applications. Maindec feels that the Mitel 3300 ICP solution is the
ideal platform for business’s that require fast growing technology with
the flexibility of being able to attach seamlessly into existing
customer networks. With bespoke xml packages Mitel move IP telephony to
a new level in customer specific features. Maindec with the addition of
Mitel and a growing support services portfolio are in an ideal position
to meet customer’s needs in the networking arena VOIP arena. |

Maindec renews Microsoft Gold Partner status for 2009.
Gold Certified Partners represent the highest level of competence and
expertise with Microsoft technologies and have the closest working
relationship with Microsoft. This is the 11th year that Maindec has been
accredited as a Microsoft partner. Maindec has achieved Microsoft
Specialisations in Active Directory and Networking. Maindec consults, sells, installs,
configures and supports a whole range of Microsoft software products and
can integrate them into highly complex environments. |

Maindec is selected as an HP Gold Preferred Partner for 2009. The
Gold partnership status is only awarded to those partners who
demonstrate the highest level of HP technical accreditation and have
achieved a specialisation within HP. This further strengthens Maindec's
relationship with one of the worlds most prestigious manufacturers of
high quality hardware and software. |

Maindec is awarded project to deliver a fully managed print service
to a key customer. Maindec will be supplying MFP printers, software and
swipe cards to allow users to print to a general queue and then collect
their printouts from any available printer. Maindec will be monitoring
and managing the whole printer infrastructure. |

Maindec delivers some new SAN systems based on the latest HP SAN
technology. These installations include the EVA4400 and the MSA2000.
Both of these new SAN systems deliver unparalleled performance at a
significantly reduced cost and lower complexity allowing customers to
benefit from SAN technology far more easily. |

only be awarded to HP Preferred Partners who are also Microsoft Gold
Partners. Maindec is highly committed to both these high quality
hardware and software vendors and is expert at integrating HP and

Maindec completes further enhancements to our internal IT
infrastructure which provides great levels of resiliency based upon
VMware clustering technology and HP SAN systems. This was combined with
further rack space availability giving Maindec greater scope for hosting
and outsourcing customer systems. |

Maindec establishes a secure system imaging workshop that can
deliver both partially configured and fully configured desktops and
laptops within very short timescales. Customisations for each imaged
machine are possible massively reducing deskside installation time for
customers. |

Maindec wins contract to supply, implement and support all the
desktop infrastructure for a major UK health organisation. This was won
against very close competition. The whole scope of the contract
incorporates the collaboration with other partners to deliver a complete
end-to-end procurement and support solution that greatly reduces the
costs and improves efficiency for the organisation. |

security system using the advanced Cisco NAC product. This has delivered
a very high level of security and ensures that only secure clients
connect to the corporate network. |

Maindec completes major technology refresh project for a leading
educational establishment. This encompassed server virtualization,
network upgrades and comprehensive consolidation. |

Maindec enhances its overall Blade support services which now
includes HP p-Class and c-Class servers in the C3000 and C7000 chassis.
Also the support of DELL blade systems and the IBM Bladecenter is
included within the company portfolio as the use of blade technology and
server virtualization massively reduces the server footprint within the
datacentre. |

Maindec enhances its electronic call management services to allow engineers
full access to company data via mobile devices. This allows customers to
complete electronic field service reports thereby reducing the amount of
paper used and stream lining the whole support process. |
