Maindec delivers a solution utilising some emulation software to
allow VMS to be run within a Windows environment to a longstanding
customer based in the city. This has massively improved the performance
and throughput of their application compared to their older VAX system.
This has allowed them to continue running their legacy software using
modern server technology and has required absolutely no changes to the
application software. |

Maindec completes a highly time critical systems move for a leading
Indian outsource organisation in the UK. The project consisted of
managing network reassignment, server and storage reconfiguration and
the project management. The operation was completed on time with no
unplanned outages working to extremely tight deadlines. It demonstrated
how Maindec can be depended upon for mission critical projects. |

well established London banking firm. This has transformed their IT
environment and allowed them to replicate all their data to an offsite
location giving them a highly resilient solution. Maindec designed,

recognition in the investment and commitment Maindec has put in to
training, promoting and selling of the high quality HP range of servers,
storage, desktops and printers. Maindec has steadily proved that it has

around the high quality HP storage and server infrastructure. |

Maindec wins the support and maintenance of a large estate of SUN
servers and storage for a major UK mobile telecoms provider. Maindec was
chosen because we could demonstrate a track record of providing high
quality support service to the SUN equipment within the data centre
environment. |

Maindec completes a major PC and server rollout for a national
bookseller that is a household name. This incorporated imaging all the
new systems and coordinating the replacement and transfer of data from
old to new systems. This covered a large number of UK sites and Maindec
coordinated the erasing and ultimate refurbishment or disposal of all
the old equipment. |

Maindec wins contract to supply, implement and support all the
desktop infrastructure for a major UK health organisation. This was won
against very close competition. The whole scope of the contract
incorporates the collaboration with other partners to deliver a complete
end-to-end procurement and support solution that greatly reduces the
costs and improves efficiency for the organisation. |

Maindec completes a project to implement an HFM (Hyperion Financial
Management) solution upgrade to a leading customer based in London. This
solution consists of clustered SAN storage, multiple layered web
servers, Citrix WAN connectivity and the full 24x7 support service. This
mission critical solution is accessed throughout the world and is a key
application for this world class global organisation. |

Maindec completes major project for a leading Scottish legal firm
that involved highly resilient data replication of their email, SQL and
file server databases between three different geographical locations. It
was based upon a virtualised server farm and EMC data storage systems.
The final solution has delivered all the key objectives and yielded a
very resilient, flexible and dynamic overall configuration. |

A new Virtualization demonstration suite has been unveiled at Maindec
HQ which includes various Server, Blade and SAN implementations. This
suite is available for customers to evaluate the latest and innovative
consolidation products and services delivered by Maindec on the leading
edge Virtualization solutions from VMWare and Platespin. This facility
can also be used as a Proof of Concepts lab. |

Maindec enhances its electronic call management services to enable
customers to log and manage their calls via a comprehensive Web
interface. The new service can be easily integrated to work with other
common call management systems. Maindec is continually developing the
core customer electronic services and will shortly offer a complete
range of reporting options. |

Maindec renews Microsoft Gold Partner status for 2007.
Gold Certified Partners represent the highest level of competence and
expertise with Microsoft technologies and have the closest working
relationship with Microsoft. This is the 10th year that Maindec has been
accredited as a Microsoft partner. Maindec consults, sells, installs,
configures and supports a whole range of Microsoft software products and
can integrate them into highly complex environments. |
